Rita E. Numerof, Ph.D., is an engaging speaker, a prolific, visionary author, and dynamic President of Numerof & Associates, Inc., a strategy development and implementation consulting firm. Rita brings more than 25 years of experience working across healthcare and other industries undergoing transformation. Her clients include leading academic and community hospital systems, payers, and Fortune 500 pharmaceutical, device and diagnostics companies.
Her speaking, writing, and consulting have focused on strategy and tactics for success in the transformation of healthcare that is underway. She anticipated the evolution of a market-based business model in her sixth book, Bringing Value to Healthcare: Practical Steps for Getting to a Market-Based Model (2016). Her perspective on healthcare delivery is grounded in deep experience with market leaders developing innovative delivery and payment models tied to outcomes that matter to patients and payers.

Dr. Numerof is a dynamic speaker who knows how to “connect” with her audience, who brings a fresh perspective and the experience to back it up. She graduated magna cum laude from the Honors College, Syracuse University and received her Ph.D. from Bryn Mawr College.
