Vice President Kim White presented at the 2016 Spring Managed Care Forum sponsored by the National Association of Managed Care Physicians (NAMCP) on Getting to Population Health: Identifying Leaders & Laggards.

Based on Numerof’s national State of Population Health Survey, Kim characterized the continuum of implementation, summarized what executives see as their biggest challenges, provided examples of steps taken to operationalize the population health concept, and discussed implications for the provider community.
