At the 65th Annual Roy A. Bowers Pharmaceutical Conference, Senior Consultant Kim White presented, The State of Population Health: How New Jersey Compares to the Nation. She reviewed preliminary findings from the national State of Population Health Survey that Numerof is conducting in collaboration with the Jefferson School of Population Health.

This survey is the most comprehensive effort yet to compile a “snapshot” of the progress of healthcare delivery organizations toward a value-based model of care delivery.  Attendees heard key findings from the survey involving in-depth interviews with over 150 healthcare executives, and where New Jersey is relative to the rest of the country.  Kim discussed challenges of getting to population health and the implications of going at-risk for providers, payers, and manufacturers.
