Senior Consultant Dr. David Horwitz presented on Building a Bundled Price for the Treatment of Chronic Disease at the AAPL Annual Meeting in Las Vegas where he outlined a methodology for building the infrastructure and providing the technical analysis supporting bundled pricing. He also addressed physician leader engagement; mechanisms for monitoring cost and outcomes; and changing finance and billing procedures.
