Managing Partner Michael Abrams spoke with The Daily Caller about CMS’ new app, What’s Covered, designed to help seniors engage with Original Medicare, and how it can be further developed as a health tool.

Abrams noted that it may take some adjusting on both the developer side and beneficiary side for the app to be most successful:

After 30 or more years of treating cost and quality data as something that wasn’t a legitimate concern for patients, most consumers were probably not expecting this app, and it may take some time to make it useful and integrate it into consumer behavior.
