In spite of the growing public consensus on the need to bring healthcare costs under control, many in the industry are struggling to truly streamline their operations. NAI’s Managing Partner, Michael N. Abrams, M.A., drawing on more than 25 years of experience in this space, offered his suggestions this month in Becker’s ASC Review:

“The larger objective would be to close the gap between the most and least efficient physicians,” says Michael. “If you can close that gap to make everyone as efficient as possible, you will do better financially as a result.”
