Executive Assistant

Executive Assistants serve as a key interface with our prospects and clients and are important contributors to our project teams. Executive Assistants build relationships with the staff of our Fortune 1000 client organizations, support our staff in their project activities, and help to communicate the innovative business solutions that are the core of our business.

Our Executive Assistants handle a broad array of projects and tasks -- one that leaves no room for boredom or routine. A key aspect of the role is to create correspondence, reports, graphics and presentation materials for client projects, marketing and development initiatives. They also work with clients, prospects and suppliers over the phone up to 30% of the time to schedule meetings and travel, follow-up on correspondence and inquiries, and provide superior client support.

Minimum requirements include:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience working with multiple executives
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
  • Word processing skills at 65 wpm minimum with accuracy
Candidates must enjoy variety and problem solving, be comfortable managing multiple projects and tasks, be well organized, and have excellent communication skills. A track record demonstrating stability, initiative, detail orientation, and successful performance delivering high volume, sometimes complex document production and providing executive level phone support are prerequisites for this role.
